Free Commercial Solar
Commercial property owners can qualify to receive a FREE Solar PV system worth up to £100,000. As long as the roof is suitable for free solar, the panels will be installed free of charge and maintained for 20 years without you having to pay anything at all.
Free Commercial Solar is available for factories, offices, shops, farms, schools, clubs & societies and more. Depending on the size of the system and how much electricity is used during daylight hours, it is possible to save up to 30% on electricity bills.

How does it work?The system is supplied and fitted by an EnergyLink approved Installer without any cost to the building owner. It is also maintained free of charge for a period of 20 years after installation. The Installer will then claim a Feed-in Tariff from an Energy Supplier to cover the cost. The property owner benefits from cheaper electricity for 20 years and then free electricity for the remainder of the system's lifetime which can be up to another 20 years. |

Is there anything to pay?The initial survey, the installation and maintenance for the first 20 years is completely free of charge. There is never anything to pay towards the cost. You simply benefit from reduced electricity bills and the Installer receives the Feed-in Tariff to pay for the installation and maintenance. |

How much can I save on bills?Electricity bill savings depend on how big the system is and how much of the electricity you can use during daylight hours. Most organisations can achieve savings of 30% but a reduction of up to 30% on bills is possible. |

Is my building suitable?You must be the property/roof owner or have the authority to act on their behalf. The roof must face somewhere between South East and South West via South and have at least 18 square metres of space available to install the panels. There must also be no shading or minimal shading from nearby buildings or trees. |

How can EnergyLink help?After filling in our short form and locating your roof, we will check your roof for suitability. We will then pass your details to an EnergyLink approved Installer who will carry out a free, desktop survey. Once the survey is complete and should you wish to go ahead, the Installer will arrange the work. |
